My son has not only elevated his skills but actually put them to the test at a few meets. You may think this is some ordinary gym. But I am here to tell you it's soooo much more. We have enjoyed spring, summer and fall workouts here and it's worth everything your kiddo puts into it. My son loves going and pushing himself to the next level and that's exactly what we wanted. My son was in the Ignite camp summer 2024. It was great! He ended the summer in great shape and with more confidence. When he came back in the fall to football practice, his coaches noticed the difference right away. He went from riding the bench in football to earning a starting spot on the defensive line. His archery scores increased as well. Thanks so much for pouring into him Lars! We'll be back for more training!

Do you want to be a STRONGER AND BETTER ATHLETE? Then you need to be at ignite gym training every week. This gym has improved my overall athletic ability A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER and it shows on the field and in the gym!! Coach Lars will push you to be the best well-rounded athlete you can possibly be!!! #NO DAYS OFF!!
This gym is awesome! Been coming here for years! This place helped me gain confidence in the weight room and improved my leg control and strength a ton!
