So grateful that my family found Ignite 6 years ago. My kids have experienced measurable and immeasurable growth with Lars and the Ignite family. This is one of the best things you can do to improve your strength and agility. I have been going for 7 years now and Lars and his coaches have been positive and encouraging every single day! Yet they are always striving to make you a better athlete. Another thing is that the coaches get to know every kid personally, not just some kid they coach.
I have been going to ignite for almost 10 years now, and to say that it has helped me grow is an understatement. It has taught me not only how to run faster, jump higher, and be better at my sport, it has taught me how to adapt in situations, how to be quicker in my train of thought, and it has built everlasting friendships. I am forever grateful for the way this program has positively changed my life. Lars and the coaches are always awesome and helpful toward all of their students.
I have been going to Ignite for about 3 years now and have loved every second of it! Lars and all the other coaches are very nice and have helped me improve my speed, strength, and agility so much. I would highly recommend to any elementary to high school athlete!
