The atmosphere at ignite is legendary. It has made me a better person on and off the weight room. I managed to improve my Bench Press drastically and have seen improvements on my agility as well.
Great workouts for kids and great staff. A very encouraging environment and focuses on working hard rather than if you are the strongest or fastest! Lars has really created something special here!

This is one of the best things you can do to improve your strength and agility. I have been going for 7 years now and Lars and his coaches have been positive and encouraging every single day! Yet they are always striving to make you a better athlete. Another thing is that the coaches get to know every kid personally, not just some kid they coach.
