Boys love Lars and his staff!
Ignite has the training equipment that you need and more but my problem with this is No water fountain small area to work with and a small room to exercise. You do the same workouts over and over again we have done this for 7 months and seen no improvement in speed strength and to many people for the size of room they have.
My son has not only elevated his skills but actually put them to the test at a few meets. You may think this is some ordinary gym. But I am here to tell you it's soooo much more. We have enjoyed spring, summer and fall workouts here and it's worth everything your kiddo puts into it. My son loves going and pushing himself to the next level and that's exactly what we wanted. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. You won't regret enrolling and we welcome you to join us in the ignite family! We are all family here and love ... read more
My son was in the Ignite camp summer 2024. It was great! He ended the summer in great shape and with more confidence. When he came back in the fall to football practice, his coaches noticed the difference right away. He went from riding the bench in football to earning a starting spot on the defensive line. His archery scores increased as well. Thanks so much for pouring into him Lars! We'll be back for more training!
Can't say enough great things about Lars and Ignite! We have seen incredible growth and development in our daughter Kenleigh, and more importantly, a huge boost in self-confidence!
