Never one to write review but going here was a waste of time to get information on joining the facility. Person I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. Program details are not explained clearly, what happens with the program and how is nutrition handled are not answered. I am surprised at other reviews and realized they are written to get discount at the facility. Note to self: read low rated reviews first as they most often are true when it comes to facilities like these.

This place is the very definition on why you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover! To be honest, when I first walked in I didn't think the place looked like much but I had a strong feeling that I needed to join. AND I DO NOT REGRET IT! Ignite Training Facility & Hyper Wellness lives up to it's name and exceeded my expectations! Wonderful place to get in shape and grow stronger. With 6 knee surgeries, 4 back surgeries, 2 Achilles tendon surgeries and most recently a hip replacement, I was hesitant to start working out again. But, no longer - the coaches at Ignite make sure that I get a workout geared specifically for me. They are so knowledgeable, friendly, determined and helpful. The Hyperwellness services have helped me with the pain and inflammation I experience as well. The coaches and staff are like family to me now.
