Great place ! I would be in this place every other day getting coals until one of the staff suggested I buy a whole box (it is cheaper) and everything worked out perfectly
I ordered off the website. First time orders appeared to qualify for multiple discounts but the shop would only honour one. Normally that would be acceptable but I not when the website promises otherwise...that's false advertising in my opinion. Regardless I ordered 2 electronic pipes for my best friends for Christmas. Within 2 weeks both pipes had stopped working. I contacted the company and was completely ignored. This company has lost my business for life.
