Don't be tempted by the reviews. The clinical director took my phone, talked about me rudely in front of me. She's super two faced and unfriendly and if you get on her bad side, well you don't want to do that at all. The groups weren't helpful, my therapist (Sheila) was absolutely terrible. I didn't learn anything here, the would do a UA every single day. I reached out for guidance while in crisis. The initial rep seemed nice and friendly, Bobby I think his name was. After speaking with him and an intake person I was routed back to him to finalize things. The whole time I thought the facility was in NY because I had gotten a call from a NY number. When he mentioned that the facility was in Florida I told him I wouldn't go there. He pressed me and I stated it was for political reasons and that I wouldn't ever go to that state. The staff are organized, caring, and professional while expressing their humanity. I feel this helps with the overall experience of each persons journey in their recovery. I felt supported, seen and understood. Thank you to Justin one of two group facilitators, therapists who brings a sense of comfort and empathy to each group he facilitates. The place is a joke they don't give a crap about your well-being. All they care about is the dollar they can't work with Medicare what are you crazy that that shows me that they don't give a shit except for lining their pockets. They asked me if I was able to self-pay yeah right get a grip go somewhere else do yourself a favor
