Consistent, quality care! Providers are easy to communicate with and quick to reply.
I rarely leave bad reviews. Let it be known-this is a weight loss clinic too. Weight loss and psychiatric care should NEVER be in the same office. This should have been our first red-flag. 1.We contacted Ignite to be seen by Dr. Katy for our family member that needed a psyche-evaluation. The receptionist/secretary is not even in-house and outsourced in another country. 2.We were not seen by the Doctor, we were seen by the nurse practitioner, Danielle Koonce. 3. The staff at Ignite has been amazing. They are always very accommodating and helpful. Katy Brandon and Dr Mathews have both helped me reach an incredible weight loss goal when nothing else worked. I am forever grateful for making my life healthier.

The caregivers at Ignite are amongst the Best most honest and just good loving people I’ve ever met. They’ve taken care of me over and beyond what they have to do as doctors or nurses of any kind.
