We bought both a full bathroom suite and downstairs loo from Ignite, we were struggling to fit all the bits we wanted into our bathroom but Steven was so helpful, he tried multiple designs with us and went above and beyond to get us the bathroom we wanted. The staff are so friendly, any issues we've had have been dealt with professionally and quickly, we've been so impressed and love our new bathroom. I'd recommend them to anyone!
Staff members attitude over the phone was not acceptable at all. This guy has to learn his manners how to deal with customers don’t know how he got the job!
We had a full bathroom refit which is absolutely beautiful. The quality of the work is 100% & the fitter Dave is the hardest worker I have met. Steven in the showroom is so nice, very professional & a pleasure to deal with. From the first visit to the showroom to the finished bathroom our dealings with Ignite Plumbing have been extremely professional & a pleasure to deal with.
