When our 14year old daughter made the decision to not play indoor club volleyball and to focus on strength and agility training instead this past season we had no idea what this would do for her. My son Kevin loves your place Ignite performance training. He proudly showed his growing muscle and height to me very often since he started working out at Ignite. Kevin is very athletic but not really strong and tall. And he had athletic performance training before when he played basketball for an AAU team. Ignite trainers work with my student athlete to help prevent injury and increase overall strength. My student athlete enjoys the trainers and coming to the gym and putting in the work at this gym. Keep bringing all my kids here. The foundation they provide in physical fitness is unmatched.
My son loves coming to ignite. He has seen great results not only with his body composition but also with his performance on the field. Rob and his team take the time to get to know each kid and really work to get the best out of them at each session
