Ignite is an excellent sports-specific training gym. Both of my kids absolutely love coming here, which says a lot as a parent. The trainers do a great job pushing them while still making the workouts fun and engaging. They’re surrounded by other motivated athletes, which really helps elevate their effort and competitiveness. Ignite has been an incredible cross-training gym for my competitive dancer. From the first day, Javi has gone above and beyond to help my aspiring college athlete to gain strength to help control her flexibility, perfect turn sequences and develop a higher vertical for leaps and tricks; as well as helping protect her body from injury. Forever grateful we found Ignite for our teen dancer!
I sent my son here after a minor injury to build some conditioning and injury prevention lifting and it was more than I could want. What was originally going to be a one-month experience is now several months in. They are very responsive to asks / desires of the athlete and their app to schedule classes is so user friendly and helpful.
Ignite fitness has pushed Joshua past his comfort zone while educating him on form before function. Scott, Nathan, and Brealon have provided a S&C program specified for my son’s needs as he moves forward in his athletic journey. I’ll follow up with my review as he meets his goals and benchmarks with Ignite. Thanks gentlemen!
