I’ve worked with a ton of trainers, physical therapists, different facilities, and nothing compares to Ignite. It’s a community that pushes you to only be a better athlete but a better person. The coaches really make sure you’re doing things right and genuinely want what’s best for each athlete. I can’t thank you guys enough! 10/10 recommend for athletes looking to take their training to the next level.
If anyone were to ask me where they should train I would 100% say Ignite performance. I have been training with them for four years now and I could not be happier. I have had three career ending injuries, two of which were surgical, and all took me at least 8 months to heal. One thing Ignite didn’t do was let me give up.
