Ignite fitness has pushed Joshua past his comfort zone while educating him on form before function. Scott, Nathan, and Brealon have provided a S&C program specified for my son’s needs as he moves forward in his athletic journey. The coaches and other athletes that train here are top notch.
Ignite has been such a great experience for my kids. The coaches are all amazing! They work hard and have fun doing it. All while growing as athletes- mentally and physically. We always look forward to our sessions.
Ignite is AMAZING and couldn't be more happy! My daughter 17 yr old plays ball, her arm/shoulder was really bad for about a year prior to working out with Javi. We tried many methods of recovery including PT, Time off, K-T Tape, MRI's, X-rays, the list goes on. Her pain level was a 9 everytime she would throw a ball for many months, then we met Javi and within 1 mth, her arm was feeling so much better and the pain seemed to dissipate everytime she did a workout.
