I found Maura towards the end of my breastfeeding journey through a referral by a coworker who had had a positive experience of her own. I had struggled a lot to maintain my supply and, though it ended up being best for me and my family for me to wean off breastmilk earlier than I had originally planned/intended, I never felt judged by Maura. I am so incredibly thankful I was able to find Maura! At the time, my son Dominic had been in speech therapy for 2 years and I was feeling down on myself that I didn’t see much progress with how his language was coming along. Myself, my family and my son’s school all started noticing a significant difference after starting at Ignite. Maura helped us get the hang of breast feeding! We had worked with the LC's in the Hospital, but something still was not clicking when we got home, so we worked with Maura to develop a plan that was sustainable and worked! My son has been steadily putting on weight and dirtying the requisite number of diapers for a newborn! Seriously such a help and stress relieve having worked with Maura!
