*updating my review* I had a very rare nodular tenosynovial giant cell tumor(non malignant )that was starting to form on the medial side of my left knee causing my tibia to catch and lock on that side of my knee. They did order an MRI but was still rather small and easily missed without t1 and t2. (Also not ordered for standard knee MRI for context.) I would only recommend them for standard to intermediate orthopedic care but not for complex things especially if you're having issues getting a diagnosis. Granted I could have ... read more

I was referred to Dr Farmer after a raving recommendation from my family doctor. Dr Farmer is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. However, from that office I was set up for a procedure at Lewis Gayle. After a reschedule due to confusion between the hospital and Ignite, I was finally seen for my injection. While at the procedure appointment I was still scheduled for the wrong procedure in which I had to advocate was not the correct procedure. Sheila Farmer, Tracy, and the rest of the Ignite Orthopedic & Wellness crew are the best! I can't say enough good things about the level of care that I have received. I feel very comfortable and well taken care of at Ignite. Sheila and Terry both listen well and have treated me with compassion and respect.
