I had a 3 session package with Letisha and it was wonderful! She customized the program towards my diet goals and helped tackle some of my stomach issues. After the 3 sessions, I learned so much from her and improved my general dietary health and habits. My symptoms are noticeable improved and I'm now feeling better than before. She made our conversations so easy and exciting. Highly recommend!
Had a great appointment with Jenn, the Dietitian at Ignite Nutrition. She helped me immensely with my gastrointestinal issues and had good suggestions and a meal plan that I will definitely follow. Thank you Jenn for all your expert advice!
Absolutely loved working with Letisha! She has been very helpful and I feel like I have been able to reset some bad eating habits. Booking appointments on the website was very easy and being able to meet in person or online was great for me as I live out of town. So happy I decided to reach out!
Very negative experience out of the gate. I signed up for a 15 minute intro call and the staff member called me 7 minutes late without any apology or acknowledgment. They also sent me a zoom link I was waiting on but when the staff member called me expressed they do intro calls by phone. Overall a very negative experience when you're trying to discuss sensitive topics.
My consultation with Jen was immensely helpful. She asked relevant questions to come up with a reasonable and practical diet to address my concerns and all this within a 1 hr session. Great listener and competent nutritionist!
