The mechanic was friendly and we were able to get in quickly. We had an engine error and hoped Ignite could find the cause. The car was scanned, but without any results, which we couldn't do anything with. The mechanic didn't perform a manual check himself. He completely relied on the device. In retrospect, we should have expected both. The advice was to go to a dealer. When we asked if it could be a problem with the glow coil/spark plug, the answer was absolutely no. Was able to fit me in late notice, very professional and took the extra time to make sure everything was 100%. Picked up issue with brake controller I wasn’t aware of too which was a life saver! Highly recommend.
Dave was very polite and friendly. His problem solving was quick, and spare parts ordered promptly as it was a Friday afternoon. On fixing.the problem he went the extra yard and fixed a serious underlying mechanical problem that I was told condnt be fixed until returned to Melbourne. Price was still a lot less than expected Thanks again Dave
