The mechanic was friendly and we were able to get in quickly. We had an engine error and hoped Ignite could find the cause. The car was scanned, but without any results, which we couldn't do anything with. The mechanic didn't perform a manual check himself. He completely relied on the device. In retrospect, we should have expected both. The advice was to go to a dealer. When we asked if it could be a problem with the glow coil/spark plug, the answer was absolutely no.
