I am writing to share serious concerns about the care my husband received at Ignight. Our experience was far below what we expected from a facility advertising itself as a luxury skilled nursing facility. Wound care delay: His wounds were not evaluated or addressed until 6 days after admission. His family dressed his wounds because the wound care nurse stuck her head in the room a couple of times and said she didn’t have time to see him but would see him the following day. Loved how clean and neat this facility was. Staff was super Amazing and friendly as quests were coming in to see their loved ones. Made me feel confident that my grandmother is being well taken care of.
Very nice place Was visiting my sweetheart He is getting physical therapy and they treat him well
CNA M.J.is the best care giver.. . There is alot of nurses and physical therapy also that I dont know what I'd do without
While visiting my wife everyone seem friendly and helpful caring for my wife is getting good care I’m able to rest and worry that she is in hands.
