I have to say . For it being a beautiful facility , you would think the care for patients would be just as good .. what disappointments , regrets , frustrations with 95% of the staff . They are here for paycheck ! My heart hurts from seeing and knowing what our family members are put through here . Don’t let the top of the list fool you as it did me . I’m sorry mom for such a horrible recovery . And for the 5% of staff that does their job to care for our family .. I thank you from the button of my heart .

Went to visit my brother in law, and I must say this place is super nice. The nurses are very nice and friendly.

Mi esposo estuvo en Ignite por 2 semanas, El dia que llego trate de hablar con la enfermera llamada Alice, la cual no contesto a ninguna de mis preguntas. en una occasion fui a pedir agua con hielo y estaban 4 enfermeras riendoce entre ellas y les molesto que las interrumpiera, les di las gracias y ninguna me contesto . nunca estuve informada de nada, una vez mi esposo preciono El Boton rojo de la enfermera y nunca fueron a preguntar que necesitaba. No vayas No lleves a tu familiar es UN Lugar donde no vas a estar bien

If you are considering this facility for a loved one, my strongest advice is to be actively involved and be prepared to advocate for them consistently. Visit often, ask questions, and follow up. Throughout my dad’s stay, it often felt like our family’s involvement was needed to ensure orders were followed; and that concerns were identified, followed up on, and ultimately addressed. This place needs to be look into how they treat people is unbelievable my family member arrived @ 3pm to there room and wasn’t seen till 9 pm family didn’t eat or have any medication ready you know your getting a new admit I talk to another family members who have family at this place and had nothing but complaints my family member was left wet in bed for hours and losing my family members clothes every time I went to visit my family member you hear the call light from many rooms going off for hours people yelling for help n... read more
