The place looks great when you walk in the front doors, but once you get in the back it is NASTY! They would allow anyone (visitors, patients & staff) to get ice out of an icechest using hands or dirty cups for all residents. They didn’t sweep or clean my mother in laws room for over 2 weeks. She caught CDiff that place, I wouldn’t take my loved one there! It’s disgusting, food is awful & most staff are rude & hateful.
My MIL was there for several weeks. She loved the Physical Therapists and her nurses so much. April (in admissions) has been amazing helping us and answering questions - even after hours. I truly don't know where we would be today without her guidance.
Your staff is very consistent, thoughtful, supportive, and loving with Dee. We really appreciate your good work during this difficult time for her family. ! Thank you!
My first time there and I like it so far, and the girls are really nice and my mother in law likes it so far.
