TL;DR: Kind, respectful staff who truly care about residents and families. Great experience overall; highly recommend Ignite OKC. The staff at Ignite OKC were fantastic and treated both my grandmother and me with kindness, humor, and respect. I currently have a dear, loved one at ignite medical resort. I will update my review as his stay continues but at the moment I have concerns. Their front lobby is very nice, the room is a single that shares a bathroom. We are told there is no hot water In a shower room resulting in a bed bath. Why is there no hot water? Receiving medications In a timely manor seems to be a struggle. Even when family requests/reminds medaide about the time and medication needed. Saturday was a 3 hour wait. Nurses seem annoyed to do their job, place is dirty and constantly having issues with their staff and their attitude towards elderly patients, to the point they would have to be sent to different rooms because the staff would constantly berate her. When she had to go back to the hospital because they refused to do proper testing they refused to give the patient’s medication back so it could be taken to the hospital.
