The building is beautiful so far. I stopped by to visit a friend and check-in was easy on Friday. Aliyah at the front desk was friendly and professional (and made a good coffee). The therapy department when I went past looked very nice. Overall a really positive experience. Happy New Year!
I just needed to stay there for two weeks for rehab after a back injury that I was hospitalized for. I also had to get dialysis while I was there. They Are absolutely wonderful. I had a very good experience there with both the nursing care and dialysis. The staff was all very friendly and helpful in the dialysis girls were extremely knowledgeable and did a Great job. Nicole H, Angel S and Monica (three of the 1st shift CNAs that work here), Becky and Tawanda (3rd shift CNAs), Christine and Joe (1st shirt Nurses), Karen and Amy (3rd shift Nurses), Rachel and Jake (Physical Therapists), Abby and Jane (Occupational Therapists), and Rebecca (Wound Care Manager) are all awesome people!!! the 2 stars are for communication..... the "right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing" Since 7am, we have been trying to talk to an "Aliyah". Last night when we came to visit, we wanted to confirm at the front desk that transportation was scheduled for our loved one's Doctor appointments. The lady who was at the front desk on 11/23 around 7pm told us that there is no appointment scheduled for that patient but to call in the morning and check with Aliyah, who may be the transportation scheduler,... or she is the per... read more
