The rating above is solely for Transport Driver Tammy. Recently I was transported to Froedtert Hospital and Tammy was the driver. She is excellent. The transition to the transport van was seamless—she’s a pro. When inside the van with another passenger, she created a companionable silence. If we wanted to chat she was eager to chime in without dominating the conversation. She attended to our needs making sure the temperature was okay, etc. Tammy deserves a big fat raise!
My wife is currently here and the staff has been top notch, and the facility is as good if not better then a 4 star hotel.
My Aunt was there supposed to rehab and Every person in that building be arrested for Neglect and Abuse and she had the worse time there cause nobody Helped her and when i called there i just followed the AI directions and Reach out to ex. 110 and "3" for the 300 area cause she stayed in room 330 and here made her say SCREW THIS When she arrived in the transport EMS she saw an elderly person like DEAD and no help at all and OH Y'all are SICK letting the Hospitals Take Your Clients/patients instead of having Y'all Care for th... read more
