If I could give zero stars, I would. My Mom was not there for long before I pulled her out and had her go to a different place. She was having some medical issues and they were doing the bare minimum to help her. She ended up having to go to the ER the day she was transferred to the new facility to receive the care she desperately needed. She was neglected by the staff at Ignite. The employees at Ignite were very rude and were rough with her. She wasn't eating or drinking anything and they were not bothered by it. There was ... read more

My brother in law referred us to this place for our Mom. And he was not kidding, the staff, nurses, etc… everyone is so friendly. Right on top of everything. And most of all, Mom feels safe, and comfortable. I would definitely refer Ignite Medical Resort, McHenry. Thank you for all you do.
