Kathy in hospitality was exceptional; I would give her 10 stars if possible. She consistently went above and beyond, making me feel like her sole priority. Unfortunately, Kathy, along with nurses Erna Hawtay (Ma), and AK Ijietemi, were the only positive aspects of my stay at Ignite Medical Resort McHenry. The facility's negligence in providing my prescribed medication, despite multiple requests, directly resulted in my cardiac arrest.
