Both my parents had to spend some time at ignite medical Resorts.They kept me informed we had a family care plan. They made sure that they had all the equipment that they needed. The housekeeping and laundry was great services. The day that they had came home. Everything was already cleaned. It helps out a lot. My parents needed some transportation to go to appointments outside of the facility And I helped arrange all of that. It made it so much easier. Worst place ever. Do not let your loved ones stay here. My room had bugs. My call light wasn't answered. Nurse aides smelled like marijuana. I laid in soiled bedding too many times to count. Molly did nothing to address the issues. My daughter wrote a review and it was taken down. HIPPA violations by leaving computers open and unattended. Do not stay here. I needed help being fed when I first arrived. Less than 24 hours of being there I waited over an hour and nobody came.

If your loved one has moderate to severe dementia or otherwise cannot speak for themselves, and if you cannot be with them much of the day, do not send them here. They rely too much on the patient’s ability to know and get what they need, whether it’s food ordering, help with meals, communicating comfort or hygiene needs, and more. The staff was nice enough, but the facility is not set up for the kind of care my loved one needed while here for physical therapy.
