I was never given my meds as instructed..I was just given them once a day instead of every 4 hrs..Chantelle in housekeeping helped me the most ..she's a sweetheart and made my days more exciting and worked really hard

Everyone there was thoughtful, considerate, patient, and professional. The nursing staff. The nurse practitioner, the social worker, PT, were all amazing. The food service was exceptional, and dietary staff very prompt. On arrival we were met by management who explained everything Ignite has to offer. Definitely 10/10

I’ve had a great experience being here! The workers are very friendly and helpful. The starbucks workers are extremely kind.

First time visiting my Dad today. I hope to upgrade this to five stars once he is better and going home. First impressions are excellent. Very clean and modern. Dad is so much happier than he was at the last facility. So grateful to Cassie for her due diligence in getting my Dad transferred!!

My dad is currently staying here as he awaits surgery for a neck injury. If your loved one has any degree of dementia- this is not the place. My dad has “unknowingly” pulled himself out of bed and onto the floor 3 times! This has resulted in 2 ER visits to get him evaluated. Due to state regulations and laws there are very few restraints procedures they can use. The latest anti-fall device is bumpers inside the mattress- didn’t work Communication is terrible here.
