Super friendly, super clean, and beautiful!
I just want to thank Justice, my CNA from last night (Justice), for taking care of me when I was in desperate need of it. I know it wasn’t a good night for her, either, but she was helpful and kind throughout. She was never rude nor did she ever express any attitude other than care, compassion and respect. She is wonderful at her job and will go far in this field.
Sad that the Staff disappears when it time for meds.. My medicine was never on time and had to wait for 2.5 hours for call light to be answered.. just to get pain medicine. Needed help using the facilities and was told by a nurse aid ,that she doesn't do that.. I asked for my bed to be made up and again was told by a nurse aid. .. not her job... The food here was tasteless and only had a couple things that were decent. The PT and OT staff was amazing.. I chose this place for the rating and I truly think that the ratings were... read more
