Out to make $$$. I was charged co-pay for 20 days, only stayed 15 & can't get the extra co-pay returned. Nurses & assistants were OK. Release paperwork was not reviewed like I was told. Be careful.
Recently visited a friend. All the staff was very helpful and courteous. He said food was good and hard no complaints.
My Mother has stayed twice at Ignite Skilled Nursing and has resided at Ignite Assisted Living since April. Our over all experience has been good. The Assisted Living has provided me with a much needed feeling of relief that my mother has the assistance she needs.
