The entire ignite staff has been very welcoming and attentive while my grandmother has been here for rehab. The facility is very suitable for family of all ages to visit and spend time with her.
1st impression is everything!!! Well I made my 1st call to inquire on placement for my mother & simply requested to speak to someone in the business office. The male who answered asked asked with who. I simply answered im not sure who could help i need to see...(I was interrupted) YOUR MAKING THIS DIFFICULT FOR ME I AM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & I AM BUSY. My mom was admitted to Ignite Katy post hip and wrist surgery for therapy. The entire staff, from the nurses to the therapists, were incredibly friendly and took excellent care of my mom until we were able to bring her home.
I love this place . They really took care of my mother . And the hedi was amazing please let her work with your family members if they ever come to this facility
