Aleshia Griffith is very attentive to the needs of the staff. She tries to help in every way possible when a problem arise. She's a great problem solver and if she don't have an answer for you she will direct you to who can help you.
Worst place to take anyone. They dont answer the phone, You wait forever to get help. My friend was there for 18 days without a real bath or change of bedding. His plumbing was not working was the reason. I colplained to Management and the Manager came and told me not to do that on line even tho they sent me the survey. Then he comes home and goes back to hospital and they want him to go back to Ignite. I said no but they said it was under new management and was different now. I caved , like a fool. Dont do it!
