Worst place to take anyone. They dont answer the phone, You wait forever to get help. My friend was there for 18 days without a real bath or change of bedding. His plumbing was not working was the reason. I colplained to Management and the Manager came and told me not to do that on line even tho they sent me the survey. Then he comes home and goes back to hospital and they want him to go back to Ignite. I said no but they said it was under new management and was different now. I caved , like a fool. Dont do it! at first everything seemed okay but after the first day it was horrible the floor is so sticky its dirty blood on the wall my dad threw up and all I could find was dirty towels and when I asked for clean towels and told them he was throwing up they didn't care every day I called they had no idea what was going on with my dad he was there for a week with no shower the staff is ghetto and don't care about the patients it's just a pay check for them I will never send someone there again I read the reviews and it seemed like a g... read more
For me, I got excellent care. Maria helped with my showers. Very friendly staff. Brandy was my med person. Enjoyed PT with Katia and OT with Sassy. Loved the different activities. Good food from which to choose. This is my second time here for different reasons..
My mom was there for two weeks( dementia) she developed a huge bedsore. I would visit her twice a day had no clue until one day when I had ask the nurse if they could put her back in bed after breakfast and make sure she was clean. I came back two hours later they just left her there for 2 hours in her wheelchair. She smelled bad and when I brought it to the nurse she passed the responsibilities to the CNA.
