Everyone has been helpful, kind, friendly, and working to their best. I can tell that everyone working there likes working at Ignite, which is demonstrated by the care, treatment, and understanding of the patients. I truly appreciate the care given to her.
My mom stayed at Ignite during a difficult time, and she was treated with true respect and dignity. The entire team-from the director and nursing staff to the front desk and dining staff-was kind, attentive and genuinely caring. Every visit, I saw staff consistently checking on her and making sure her needs were met. I'm very grateful for the care she received at Ignite assisted living.
