My mother is a current patient at this facility. We were impressed when she was first admitted. Since then we have experienced serious breach of care issues. She was admitted following hip surgery, but has had serious illnesses that required return to the hospital and back to Ignite several times. Clarification - The illnesses were not caused by Ignite. Ignite is a great facilty! I love it for my family member.
Staff was friendly & kind.
The staff was great . Care for the patients was great. Unbelievable
Just the fact that the staff was really nice and inviting. Even walking down the hall people smiled and spoke and the facility hallway as well as my sister‘s room was really clean bathroom as well.
