Staff was very nice and helpful
It is my father's first day but so far so good. I am excited to see his progress. I didn't get a chance to talk to any nurses yet but he said everyone has been so nice. Putting your loved one in a facilty is stressful and having to worry how he is being treated is even more stressful. I really hope he continues to be happy there and get better.
Very nice place. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is good too (most of the time) I would recommend!
My dad was brought here this afternoon after a week stay at the hospital. So far, Ignite has been amazing. Nurse Heaven was immediately attentive to my dad. It appears they are very caring and will take excellent care in of him so far. We have a long road ahead of us, but I felt comfortable leaving him to go home and recharge.
They treat my mother as a person, and they are all good at their jobs. And act professionally.
