Very clean, stsff is so friendly!
Look are definitely deceiving. I am writing this review to express concerns regarding the issues concerning personal care. The lack of assistance with these fundamental needs, like heping with eating. Medications not administered as directed by doctors. The waiting longer than expected for assistance with using the restroom, impacting comfort and dignity. Furthermore, the denial of basic hygiene like baths are unacceptable.
