My air conditioner was not working and I had another HVAC company that I had used in the past take a look. My system is older and the refrigerant was low. The rep recommended a new system. I reached out to Ignite to get another quote to compare and Mike Carrier came out. He gave an estimate for new system and asked questions about what was wrong. I can't say enough good things about Ignite Mechanical. They sent out two of the nicest, most professional guys I’ve ever had work on my home. They replaced our hot water tank, made extra repairs, and were friendly, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything, cleaned up afterward, and did a fantastic job all around. It’s rare to find this level of workmanship and customer service these days, but Ignite Mechanical absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!
I came home yesterday to an 87 degree house. I called Ignite this morning to have them come out and quote a new AC unit. My unit is pretty old so I figured there was no fixing it. They got a tech, Mike Carrier, to come out the same day! To my surprise Mike was able to fix what I have AND it didn’t break the bank! He even had the part on his truck. No second trip needed. He was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend this company. Thank you for keeping us cool.
