I cannot support and promote Bowen therapy enough.. especially with our local Heather. After being pushed to be a consumer of the birth control pill for over 4-5 years at a young age.. when I finally decided to come off of it.. I then had lots of negative impacts on my overall womens health and well-being and didn’t get my menstrual cycle back for almost 2 years. I heard from a friend that Heather had improved her long covid symptoms by about 80% so I went for my 6 yr old chronic fatigue. Over the course of a few months of treatments Heather has reduced my twice weekly crashes where I spend all day in bed and daily afternoon naps to almost zero. Heather's gentle theraphy has helped me in many ways. A Sleep issue 20plus years is being addressed with her bowen. A knee and hip problem where I could not walk our 10 steps has now almost gone. Digestive problems improved. Overall energy has improved also. Highly recommend a few sessions with Heather you will not be disappointed.
