Absolutely amazing gym! I can't say enough good things about this kickboxing gym and especially the owner, Carlos. From day one, he made me feel welcomed, supported, and motivated. He truly cares about every single client—not just in terms of fitness, but overall well-being. This was my first kickboxing class, and it was an incredible experience! Coach Carlos was not only a great instructor but also incredibly encouraging throughout the session. The workout was intense in the best way, I was surprised by how much I sweated! It was the first time I felt truly present during a workout, fully engaged both mentally and physically. Thank you for such an amazing class!

I went to try Muay Thai for the first time. Coach Carlos gave very clear instruction with lots of encouragement. I was nervous in the beginning, but I didn’t know that I could feel that strong and confident in one session. We started with foundational skills, then did combat training, and finally moved on to strength training with kettle bells. Great workout. Highly recommend!
