I’ve been visiting Dr. Brown since before this location opened. He’s always been kind and solid at listening to my goals and concerns. I actually left the previous office to follow him over to Ignite. Great service and love the results!
Have not had my pellets done yet, but I had my first consultation over the phone and ignite HRT is definitely my place. The gentleman that I spoke with, I believe his name is Mathew, took his time. I was feeling off for months tired all the time and no energy. Decided to check out this clinic and see if it was hormone stuff. They ran tests and explained the results clear so I knew what was going on. Started a treatment plan and within weeks I felt like myself again. They really know what they doing and the doctor took time to answer all my questions. It wasn’t a cookie cutter plan either they tailored it to me. Clinic was clean and staff friendly too. If you feel off I recommend getting checked here. Changed my life.
Dr. Brown is honestly the best medical provider I’ve ever seen. He actually listens. He’s attentive. He makes time. He asks questions and is fully present the entire time. He doesn't just rattle off information or rush through the appointment like so many others do. Unlike a lot of these online HRT providers, Dr. Brown genuinely cares.
