Great service from start to finish. Isaac was very thorough during the quote and reviewed everything so there were no surprises. Eythan and Colby did a great job with the install. They were respectful with my home and informative at the competition. I appreciated automatically having an electrician being part of the process for safety. Highly recommend Ignite and Isaac and his team!
We live in Madison Lake and our furnace went out the week of Jan 19, 2026 when temps hit -19, -36 with wind chill at night. The owner of Ignite showed up late in the day to put together a quote for replacement. The new furnace arrived 36 hours later, with the team at my front door at 0830, they proceeded to let me know what they plan was, put down floor covering and went to work. 4 hours later, we had heat! Everyone at Ignite has been absolutely amazing. They did great work and were very friendly and helpful. We needed a new propane furnace they walked us through the different options without being pushy or trying to upsale. Very happy to have found them. They will definitely be our HVAC company. I would highly recommend them.
We had a really great experience with Ignite. Our furnace went out right before Christmas, which aside from the cold weather is just a terrible time to lose heat since most places are closed for the holidays. Isaac, the owner, was really involved right from the start and it felt like he truly cared about getting us up and running quickly. This is Isaac. He owns "Ignite Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration Repair". As all our equipment is used, they have been an asset to our company! Every time they have showed up, they went above the call of duty. Sunday I had an issue, instead of showing up and charging me a higher rate. He walked me through it on the phone. No extra charge. People throw out labels of people casually. He's honest, he's a good man. From what we've seen from Isaac, we can say that about him. Not causally at all, but gratefully. 🙏🏽
