First off, I cannot say enough GREAT things about Ignite Heating & Cooling. Isaac is beyond phenomenal, came late at night on a Saturday and got my furnace back up and running in no time. Completely thorough and honest on explaining the issue at hand, any issues possibly coming in the future, and builds different price packages/options at an affordable rate. I will be highly recommending Isaac and Ignite to everyone and using them always in the future.
Great service. We thought our furnace went out and called around 7:30am. Isaac answered right away and was able to come over within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and was fully transparent with us. Our furnace is old, but our thermostat was the problem. Isaac quickly installed a replacement and made some recommendations for us. We plan to replace our furnace before next year, and will definitely be calling Ignite Heating and Cooling for service. 100% recommend.
Isaac is prompt, excellent in communicating what he found to be wrong with my furnace and a pleasure doing business with. I feel he is trustworthy and very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Isaac for your heating and cooling needs.

The speed and quality of work was impressive. I learned I needed a new furnace when the weather started to turn and Ignite had it installed within a week, even though it's their busiest time. They went above and beyond with customer service, taking my calls after hours and walking me through my options multiple times.
