Our AC system was failing and now no longer serviceable due to the refrigerant retirement. After some online research I reached out to Ignite late one evening not anticipating any follow up atleast till the next business day. Immediate response! Isaac is fantastic! Our AC stopped working, and Ignite was able to help us out incredibly fast, especially with the issues we were having. He explained everything thoroughly and gave multiple options/price points. Pricing was great, and I would highly recommend them!
Great service from start to finish. Isaac was very thorough during the quote and reviewed everything so there were no surprises. Eythan and Colby did a great job with the install. They were respectful with my home and informative at the competition. I appreciated automatically having an electrician being part of the process for safety.
