We asked Daniel to come to our home to check out our furnace and A/C. We had had another company in and they told us our furnace circuit board was done and that we needed a brand new furnace . And that the furnace it was manufactured in 1995- so its best by date was done. Replacing a furnace costs $$$$ (especially for a senior) Daniel patiently listened to our concerns and then set about checking the furnace and the A/C He checked everything and started both A/C and furnace with minor alterations. Talking with the office staff was good, but I’m less than satisfied with the installers. They were really pleasant, but their communication lacked big time. Additionally, this is how they left my laundry room and the outside of my house. They are suppose to come back to put a cap or cover plate of some kind on the outside to finish it properly, but that remains to be seen.
