Great service from Dan and his team. Over the cold spell and holidays nearing he was able to fit us in and communication was great too.
My experience with this company is less than stellar... I waited months and thought about this for months. I feel I must leave a review for people in my similar situation. I was selling my rental property way back in June, The furnace needed a part, But because the furnace was so old, the technician didn't even look for a part. Approx over four years ago, another company suggested that our furnace was near the end of its life when consulted after the motor breakdown. My son suggested through his network to have a second opinion with Ignite. Dan came to conclusion that the furnace life can be extended just replacing the motor and repairing drainage pipe.
