Rang for advice regarding a heating unit, spoke to Matthew and even though it was a service he doesn't perform (therefore having no financial benefit to providing assistance) he took the time to provide advice and recommendations on what to do, who to contact and what to look for. I couldn't recommend this business any higher and they will certainly be my first call in the future.
Highly recommend Matt and Daniel for any heating and cooling needs! We had a few splits installed in our house. Matt was professional, informative, and responsive from quotation to installation. Fantastic team from Ignite - Matthew found my problem with the gas ducted heating and gave me great advice regarding split cycle air conditioning. Couldn't be happier with the result. Matthew, Daniel and Max were punctual, informative and extremely professional and took away all the ducting rubbish. I really appreciate all the help. Highly recommend Ignite
A big shoutout to Matthew and Daniel for the amazing job they did with installing a multi-head split system in for us in the heavy rain. Professional and prompt communication throughout every stage of the job. I highly recommend them.
Our central heating system was not working and was only blowing out cold air. Matthew immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it, all while explaining what he was doing and potential issues that may occur in the future and what could be done at that stage. Our initial appointment was for a weekday which was 3 days away but he came on a Saturday afternoon, which was the day after our call and fixed it up in no time! We were super grateful! I would definitely recommend Ignite Heating and Air Conditioning!
