Youth boxing has been incredible for my teen boys. They have been attending twice weekly for the past year... the kindness AND firm accountability from the trainers is helping them become healthy, strong and disciplined humans. Not to mention, it's been fab getting them off the sofa!!!!! Highly recommend the program.

I enrolled at Ignite Fitness approximately three months ago, and from day one, I felt warmly welcomed and received extra attention as I familiarized myself with the gym. Scott and the team are incredibly approachable, prioritizing form and safety above all else. The atmosphere is inclusive and non-judgmental, with clients adjusting classes to accommodate injuries or varying abilities. I joined the ignite crew for 6 weeks, whilst on a lay over in Adelaide, somewhat apprehensively due to my age (63) and level of fitness (average). I didn’t need to worry as Scott and his crew are very professional and took the time to determine my abilities and shaped my training accordingly. I lost 10kg in 6 weeks and felt terrific. Scott and the team are amazing, they do such a good job at making sure you get a great work out as well as teaching you great boxing technique. They equipment is modern and really great to use. I have my boy in the boxing classes and he loves it and come such a long way his punches are crisp and he movement is starting to look pro, I might have to step up my game. 100% recommendation these guys.
