I recently moved from Texas and really started my weight loss journey once I moved to WI. But that was only weight lifting by myself, this reminds me so much of my old home gym I love it! The community is awesome and everyone is so nice and welcoming. I’m so happy I’ve found a new home gym!

I absolutely love this gym! I love the equipment! Not the same old equipment that you are used to. My favorite are the weight bars, we use in Body Pump. The Jungle Gym is awesome as well! The classes are great, and the instructors know how to get you to push past your limits. The gym itself is new, fresh, and clean. I like the broad range of times on the schedule. I love that there is even a quick "lunchtime" workout session!!
I love this place!! There is a little something for everyone...Indoor Cycling, Boot camp, Insanity, Stability ball, and lots more!! The instructors are all very helpful and supportive and encouraging. I have made some amazing new friends here and I look forward to seeing the classes grow and seeing what new adventures are in store for us in the future!!
