Where do I start, Ignite is exactly what I needed upon stating my fitness journey. Steph started with a zoom call to provide me with information about herself and starting Ignite Fitness. We chatted about my fitness goals and how to incorporate my hectic work schedule. The members and coaches, I have met are complete rockstars!!! I finally found my happy place, my community, & my peeps! I’ve been going strong almost 5 years. The transformation I made mentally & physically will last a lifetime. Ignite Kickboxing is amazing! It’s a full body workout and a great way to relieve stress. Classes incorporate cardio, strength & flexibility. Each day is a new experience and they offer meal planning, accountability coaches and different challenges to motivate all. I highly recommend this gym Colleen E.
