Ignite Cycle is Birmingham's only boutique cycling studio. Our typical class is 45 minutes of riding to the beat of an expertly curated playlist while doing safe, functional choreography on your bike. With one song working your arms with some lightweight dumbbells, it is a full body workout. It also happens to be a really good time ;-)

Ignite Cycle is such a VIBE! I had never been to a cycling studio and was super nervous when I signed up for my first ride. Honestly the only reason I had the courage to sign up was due to it being a Rhianna themed ride so I figured even if I couldn’t keep up, I could sit there and pedal to Riri for 45 minutes in the dark. I love the energy and welcoming atmosphere in here - and they have childcare available for some of their classes! It's so hard to coordinate around work and life in general, but they have two locations and many options for you to get your sweat on. You can tell the owners have high standards for quality and really care about the experience everyone gets when they take a class. 👌🍷😅
Words can not express how much I love Ignite...but I'll try... I recently completed my 50th ride with one of my favorite instructors. In fact, all of the instructors are great, so I guess they are all my favorite!!!!! They are all so postive and motivating that I leave each class feeling like a new, improved me. Becuase of Ignite, I am mentally and physically stronger and I will forever be grateful to them. Thank you Tiffany for this amazing space. Ignite is truly magical xoxoxox
