I bought a truck from these folks. It seemed to go very smooth. Nice people and easy to work with. I was told that the DEF system was just replaced by the previous owner and that there was a warranty on it. A few months later I am finding out that the DEF system is bad! I have tried to get the boys at Ignite to help with finding out about the warranty for the DEF that they said was replaced already. When I called last they said they would look but they can only tell me what they were told by the person they bought it from. I... read more
Can't recommend these guys enough. Looked at a lot of trucks before buying here. They have a great small inventory of trucks at a good price. Tyler, Dalton, and Brian were great to work with. Always kept in touch during buying process, and even met me half way with the new truck (120mi away) for final purchase. Skip the bigger dealerships and wait for the right truck to come through these guys to make your next purchase.
This was my first time buying a car and I thought it would be stressful, but Brian was so helpful and made the process extremely easy. Great service and transparent pricing!
