Unrelaible, distrusting dealership. Stay clear of Ignite Auto. False advertsiment of purchased vehicle. Vehicle was stated to have a number of different of options and had few of stated. Failure to express the engine was replaced with a junkyard motor, unknown amount of actual mileage. Dealer failed to provide legal plate within 15 days my temporary plate was legal. The dealer was very dishonest. We told him we were picking the car up today. He agreed to the terms. We sent a text to inform him we were on the way at 2:04 pm. He text us at 2:06 to say it was sold. He did not mark the Facebook Marketplace listing as sold until after we informed him we were on the way. When we arrived to the lot at 2:16 pm, he attempted to sell us a higher priced car or recommended we drive to drive to Detroit. We are Very dissatisfied with the practices and services of this dealership.
I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima from Allen at Ignite Auto Whom dedicated his time and effort to make it possible and affordable to buy this car. Great guy gave me all the tips to save as much as possible. You can't beat that kind of reliability!. I am very thankful for the amazing service Ignite Auto provided to me and I highly recommend them!!!
