Fitness area equipment is barely adequate. Studio schedule is subject to change without notice. Doors are not access controlled, so it doesn't feel very safe. It seemed ok during the 1-week trial, but I quickly found out this is not the place for me. I have tried to contact in writing to terminate, and they aren't responding to me. Note: I cannot speak to the youth activities side of this facility; my experience is with the adult workout facility only.
They are very unclear on their membership terms, and make it incredibely difficult to cancel. I was told i was getting a 1 time, 1 month membership, but later found I had been charged 135 dollars over 3 months.
Nice large area. Good staff.
Nice facility, got a little stuffy with the crowds, but overall people seemed nice.
