This place has been a scam for a long time it had it coming. I’ve been going to ignite for about three years now, it’s started off fine but the more you get invested in these places the more you find out. First was their failure to communicate they would say they have open gym for a certain period of time, mind you it’s costs money to get in. I always checked their open gym times before going but we would get there sometimes, be on a court for 45 mins, then be kicked off by a random team I didn’t even know was practicing. Ru... read more
Unfortunately still charging my card when the doors are locked…
No communication. Forced to find a new gym without notice or refunds. Really liked how close this was to our house, but unfortunately leadership tanked this business. I would also note to Google that they are not open, so hours are incorrect. I do not believe they will reopen. Follow up: After closing, continued to try charging our credit card. Luckily, we pre-disputed it and marked it as fraudulent. I hope others do the same and it’s not too late! I’m sorry for all the club families that have gone through this!
Closed abruptly. No answers as far as refunds are concerned.
