Very disappointing experience. I booked 2 month’s in advance only to find out about this that we cannot be accomodated. Disgusting service! We’ve been offered a low class room for the same fee. Why??? Tuzo was trying to charge us, and come back again and be charged of the same fee ago! What the???? Does he even understand, what he is saying!??? Extremely disappointed!
Due to current restrictions the igloo was set up on the level 2 balcony with beautiful views of the harbour. It was beautiful. The staff were efficient and very nice. The set up was very pretty and made for some great photos of course. Ordering was made easy by a direct number to the bar and your tray service was bought up to the igloo. With private bathroom and a room to ourselves it was a perfect night.
