Very unprofessional. I got my first clue when they answered the phone with "hello" instead of a business name. However,they were referred by a friend so I bought a dryer from them. I picked it up and paid a reasonable price and they have a 30 guarantee. Two days after I bought it, the timer stopped working. They wouldn't come to my house to repair it.
