Horrible service and etiquette by providers and staff. The wait time is long and then when they finally see you the provider doesn’t assess you or address your concerns. They still wanted to charge the visit even though I wasn’t gonna be seen and then when I finally got called the PA didn’t address the concerns I had . Stop wasting our time !!
Thank yall ,especially nursing staff ,triage nurse, and front desk ladies! Very helpful and patient with us , MR. JOSEPH WILL BE MISSED, NO ONE CAN REPLACE HIM !! WE JUST HAD OUR APPT TODAY, THANKS AGAIN !!
Legally!! As a NP. YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO WEAR YOUR BADGE, SO WE AS THE PATIENT CAN IDENTIFY WHO IS TAKING CARE OF US .. SO PLEASE START wearing your badge!! What's to HIDE??? The New N.P. Provider
