I hold the doctors and nurses in high regard; however, the front desk staff would greatly benefit from additional training in professionalism and customer service etiquette. It is unproductive to attempt to contact their office, as calls are frequently not answered, and when they are, the staff members often exhibit discourteous behavior. I am shocked this place has a 4.1 star. Maybe it’s because of the amazing nurses! The doctors that represent this place should take notes and learn a thing or two and find their humanity again! Calling there patient a red flag because the need medication or humming while saying um sorry! This is unacceptable and cruel!
