I need a doctor with more knowledge, and understanding. I called to get a medical leave from work due to me having issues with my asthma, not being able to breath, using inhaler non stop as well as using my breathing machine, I have wheezing n my chest and instead of seeing me, she just denied the leave, what I do know if this situation becomes worse n I do end up sick or in ER, I will file a lawsuit against her, she has no reason not to give me a leave, and all communication is done thru nurse, so I cant ask questions direc... read more
She's my Dr 7-8 yrs & deserves a higher score than 3.5. After asking my pharmacist, he recommended her.My 1st time I didn't care for her, a personality thing, she was thorough & the staff was great.It took 3 visits before I liked her, just had to get use to her.She has a great memory, even after 6 mos she remembers the last visit.Minus=having to wait a month for an appt.Positive=getting in quickly for emergency unless you should call 911: & you are seen at appt time for the most part.I like her!
Absolutely horrible. Not thorough and uneducated. Told her about panic attacks. Without asking any questions, she writes a prescription. I found breast mass and when I went in, she said she didn't feel it. I urged for an ultrasound referral and they found a mass that was 4.2 cm. Thank god it was nonmalignant, but if it was, she wouldn't have found it. Not to mention when my mother was diagnosed with an ANUERYSM they sent a letter in the mail. No phone call. No explination to her.
Terrible Staff! Their demeanor is Ghetto! (Unskilled for the medical field) and all they do is gossip about the patients not there to help them at all (fake) They are only there to gossip with one another! and Dr is too darn Old! time to retire DR.Elhenawi ! she cannot remember why you are there or when you were there last she has no clue what you have been dx with nor does she seemed to care about it It seems she is just there to be a part of her and the staff's lil gossiping circle The worse medical office I have ever been... read more
not very compassionate to patients. dont be 6 mins late or they will make you leave and reschedule for the next opening, which is 2 weeks. staff is horrible.
She is so thorough and informative. She has the best "bedside manner".
I love the staff they are very nice, dr is caring and listens.
Dr El Henawi is the best! She is caring and loving towards my whole family of 8. All 6 kids, my hubby and I all have gone to her for 8 years. Yes she is old and old school medicine is best compared to who else is avail in Hemet. Yes, Isabel up front has a brash personality, but just seal with her the best you can. She is not a good representative of the care you will receive.. Everyone else is great!
The staff is horrible especially Isabelle at the front desk very rude ,unprofessional and ghetto loves to argue and not very helpful .She's in the wrong field she should of went to school to be a lawyer instead of going to Kaplan college for 7 months .
