Terrible Staff! Their demeanor is Ghetto! (Unskilled for the medical field) and all they do is gossip about the patients not there to help them at all (fake) They are only there to gossip with one another! and Dr is too darn Old! time to retire DR.Elhenawi ! she cannot remember why you are there or when you were there last she has no clue what you have been dx with nor does she seemed to care about it It seems she is just there to be a part of her and the staff's lil gossiping circle The worse medical office I have ever been... read more
I love the staff they are very nice, dr is caring and listens.
Dr El Henawi is the best! She is caring and loving towards my whole family of 8. All 6 kids, my hubby and I all have gone to her for 8 years. Yes she is old and old school medicine is best compared to who else is avail in Hemet. Yes, Isabel up front has a brash personality, but just seal with her the best you can. She is not a good representative of the care you will receive.. Everyone else is great!
The staff is horrible especially Isabelle at the front desk very rude ,unprofessional and ghetto loves to argue and not very helpful .She's in the wrong field she should of went to school to be a lawyer instead of going to Kaplan college for 7 months .
My whole family of 2 adults and 4 kids go to Dr El Henawi. She is a very nice Dr who actually cares about the welfare of her patients.
My stephson has a blood disorder .... and she has been doing all she can. I even switched my daughter to her . I would refer her to my friends.
This doctor is old, she needs to retire. Doesn't pay attention to what was reported, for the appt. Been there four times and she doesn't remember any of the visits. Prescribed meds which she doesn't remember doing. Been a patient of hers for six months & she never read my medical file, nor remembers that the file says I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia by two previous doctors. Hasn't ever addressed the problem(s) and hand. I wouldn't recommend her for anything at all.
Dr. Iglal El-Henawi I would highly recommend to my friends and family. She actually sits down beside me to talk and always asks if there is anything else that I would like to talk about. She also personally spoke to I.E.H.P. on the telephone to go to bat for me regarding an issue of vaginal tearing due to negligence on the part of another doctor (Ob/Gyn).
