I guess they’re not really that strict about who works here. No one washes hair correctly or really does anything that well. Will be sticking to Miami location.
I’ve been with Aaron for like over a decade for my go-to haircuts, and this time I was matched with Stephanie for my color. I hadn’t had highlights in years, so I was a bit nervous for that part. And the result: a perfect fresh cut and full summer goddess mode color. I’m obsessed.
Extremely unprofessional staff. Was scheduled to come in at 7 pm, walked in at 7:06 waiting for my appointment- only to be told at 7:20 that the stylist left because “I cancelled” on her. Which obviously never happened because why would I drive an hour into the city for an appointment after cancelling.
