I had a great experience working with Igin for selling my house. He took all the stress away from going through a real estate transaction. I do not write reviews due to hardly having anytime from my kids. I managed to find some time to write a review for Igin because of his outstanding service with the whole home buying process. We are a military family who moves around a lot so I can tell you from experience of working with multiple realtors throughtout the country. I have never met someone who is very knowledgeable and helpful. Igin not only helped me to sell my home in one day.(yes, you read it correct). He sold my house in one day. He helped and guided me on each n every stage of selling my old house and buying new home. Igin helped me to save a lot of money with his great negotiation skills. I bought my house in Dumfries, Virginia on December 14th, 2015. Igin Ismat was a great agent. He is very knowledgeable of the area. He gave me great tips on the location and things to look for anything that might affect the resale value. He was aware of the fair market price and Ismat did a great job on negotiations.
