Very disappointed in the service and lack of transparency with this business. Booked a virtual appointment for 15 minutes and was not told that the appointment would result in a $60 fee for them to inform me that they only offer branded items (when generic, cost-affordable options were offered) at a much higher price. They then conveyed that the "brand" and higher costs were attributed to the pharma companies charging more and the costs being carried out in the "patient" fees. What a great find this place was for me! I’d been wanting to relax and treat myself to a facial for a long time, but was a little nervous about going since I have neglected skin care for a while. Tammy was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel so relaxed with her gentle touch and explained everything as she was doing it. Igia is the best MedSpa. The nurses, estheticians, staff and owners are down to earth, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.They’ve helped me achieve natural looking, younger skin. I’ve had a membership for about six months and have loved every session. I see Tammy for facials and Danielle for Dysport and micro needling. They won’t disappoint. I had a Fantastic Facial by Tammy. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional and made me feel so welcome. My skin felt refreshed and amazing. I highly recommend IGIA Spa to anyone looking for quality skin care and a little self-care time. I will definitely come back for more serives.
