Hires the most unprofessional people. Not enough pay for what they expect you to deal with. Just terrible place
I am a former employee of IGHL (former Direct Support Professional at a home in Manorville - and I would often pick up shifts at an home in Center Moriches) and I have nothing but great things to say about this company! IGHL allowed me the opportunity to begin working in the field back in March of 2020. They’re beyond RACIST. Holly L.(residential manger under CEO’s wife,Angie)said all the new black girls looked alike(we didn’t)and a white nurse asked me why my lips were darker than hers. They’re also incredibly rough with your loved ones and discriminate against other races and people with mental health challenges

This organization is racist toward Black's. Pay scale is very low. Human resources are completely clueless. I wouldn't recommend this organization to my dog!!!
