Rhonda is magic! Josh is so knowledgeable! Both are skilled massage therapists who always know just what to do to help me feel better. Best massages I have ever had!

IGH is literally the best place to get a massage especially if you are dealing with pain! Both Rhonda and Josh are excellent at easing my back pain and loosening my extremely tight muscles. I sleep so much better after getting massage regularly here! So thankful I found this gem!

Rhonda, Josh, and their staff are fabulous. They listen to what your needs are and really tailor your message to treat the source of the problem. They understand the body, muscles, and how everything connects and influences each other. It’s amazing how much better I feel after seeing them. I’ve never made it a point to get regular massages before but after coming here, I really understand how beneficial they are and go in as often as I can!
