I have been trying for 4 days to reach someone with phone calls, emails, and voicemails since they left a message canceling my appointment. Not one returned call or email. This is honestly the worst customer service I've encountered in my adult life. This is also the first review I've ever been motivated enough to write, but it's that frustrating and disappointing.

Great service!
My wife needed blood work for genetic testing. The issue involved was very time sensitive and yet the company no called no showed on us on three separate occasions. Each time we called to see what had happened they were incredibly blasé about our wasted time and the undue stress they had caused. Find a different company to use. This one is terrible.
