They've been helpful each time I've called and were very kind over the phone.
Such appalling customer service that I questioned whether this company was legitimate. Their lab never got back to my multiple emails requesting my test results. My clinic couldn’t get a hold of it directly from them either.
If I could give a zero I would. They keep sending me junk mail, even though I told them they had the wrong peson, they keep sending me emails, "See You Soon". I told them I am elderly and they continue.... don't know how they got my email - and they won't stop
Should you ever suffer the heartache of a miscarriage, there is some comfort in knowing if the pregnancy was never viable. Igenomix is a company I have used twice to test miscarriage material for genetic abnormality. I found comfort in knowing my pregnancy was never viable and that it was no fault of my own. It is private pay & you need your gp to add Igenomix to their vendor list. But it is easy for them to do. You get a kit in the mail, you provide your samples and you send it back.
