My son snapped off a charger in the port of an ipad. I brought it in, it was fixed on the spot at no charge. The place is a little off the beaten path (you have to enter a building and walk downstairs to get there), but it was worth finding this gem!

Went in for an iPad Pro that wasn’t charging. I suspected a damaged port and was prepared for some significant repair work. I took it to iGenie. He stopped what he was doing and worked on my machine and within about 3 minutes I walked out with a fully functioning machine (at no charge).
