Great medical care. Both ladies really know their stuff. Kind and compassionate care.
Unfortunately doctors are hard to come by in Forest/Lynchburg, so when this practice opened up I was glad to have someone I could see. My first appointment went well despite difficulties getting someone to pick up the phone and actually get an appointment. It had been almost a year since my last blood panel so I went back last week to get a routine check up and some labs. I received them via email through labcorp. I would love to be able to write a proper review seeing as all the others are glowing but I've called twice to try and become a new patient and never received a call back. Will update review accordingly if/when I am able to become a patient. Edit: Seeing below that just after I called the business owners updated their website/voicemail mentioning a waitlist. Back to 3 stars for now for that, I guess.
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this clinic today. I came in because I have been taking fluconazole 400mg daily for seven months, and I recently received information that the medication might no longer be effective due to possible resistance and should be stopped immediately to prevent further resistance or other side effects. I really appreciate this practice! I’ve seen Raven twice and she is amazing. She doesn’t rush the appointment and is a good listener. I have chronic Lyme disease and have often felt misunderstood by doctors. I feel believed and supported at Igata and Parke. Highly recommend.
