This place used to be 5 stars. The grumpy low energy lady at reception afternoons and evenings has pretty much ruined this place for me. Guess I’ll use up my points and find somewhere to go that doesn’t act like it’s an inconvenience to have customers. If your whole job is dealing with people and making a first impression, barely looking up from your phone and acting like I'm disrupting you is unacceptable in my opinion.
