Amber is the greatest, always goes out of her way to make sure your happy, great staff and helpful with everything. All the staff are super nice and great service. Definitely recommend for everyone.
Ive been coming to this place for 10yrs & the staff here are absolutely amazing!! A huge shoutout to the cashier Amber,she's such a lovely lady & always makes me smile Also ,Tim is such a friendly,very helpful guy.Amber & Tim go out of their way to help.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IGA Leumeah - 10
this store would get more customers through their door if most of their products werent nearly twice as expensive compared to coles & woolies.
The current high ratings bringing the overall average up are for the previous owners as they were fantastic, and stocked shelves well. I have given the new owners a go for a year now, tried to give benefit of the doubt even with empty shelves, constant fridge/freezer issues and poor customer service. But we will not shop there again - most recent purchase this weekend and within 24hr the cheese was mouldy, the bread was mouldy and the pancakes were mouldy. Update to my original post. Shop has gone downhill after new owners, staff are not friendly except for original members, stock is not always fresh.
