The current high ratings bringing the overall average up are for the previous owners as they were fantastic, and stocked shelves well. I have given the new owners a go for a year now, tried to give benefit of the doubt even with empty shelves, constant fridge/freezer issues and poor customer service. But we will not shop there again - most recent purchase this weekend and within 24hr the cheese was mouldy, the bread was mouldy and the pancakes were mouldy. Update to my original post. Shop has gone downhill after new owners, staff are not friendly except for original members, stock is not always fresh.
I have come in here three times now and bought gaytime ice creams they were always on special and every single time they have been mleted and re frozen ,they don't have the sticksae they were melted so bad over the stick to hold them , maybe their freezer turned off amd they are selling them on sale ,I don't knkw all I know is I'll nevrr get stuff from the freezer again as thet are not good
